Information we process
The website may process identity and contact details, company information, account credentials, project requirements, selected service scopes, quotation and order records, correspondence and technical security logs. Payment card or wallet details are not collected because online payment is not enabled.
Why the information is used
Information is used to answer enquiries, create and secure customer accounts, assess project requirements, prepare quotations, record order requests, issue business documents, maintain service and accounting records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations.

Interactive map
The contact page embeds a map provided by OpenStreetMap. When the map loads, the browser connects to OpenStreetMap infrastructure and may transmit technical information such as the IP address, browser details and the requested map area. The map is not used for advertising or location tracking by YOULIFE IT.

Information is kept only for the period needed to handle the request or engagement and for applicable accounting, legal and security obligations. Access controls, authenticated areas and restricted database operations are used to limit access; no online system can guarantee absolute security.
