Company and published services
YOULIFE TECNOLOGIA DELL’INFORMAZIONE S.R.L. provides defined information technology consulting, integration and software delivery services. Each page describes a starting scope, client inputs, exclusions, typical duration and guide price.
Guide prices and written proposal
Website prices are in euro and describe the published starting scope. They are not a final quotation. Taxes, third-party licences or services, travel, additional work, dependencies and delivery conditions are confirmed in a written proposal.
Enquiries, cart and order requests
Submitting an enquiry, adding a service to the project cart or sending an order request records the request for review. None of those actions alone creates a contract, confirms availability, accepts a quotation or records payment.
Formation and change control
An engagement begins only through the written acceptance route stated in the proposal or order confirmation. Requested changes to scope, timetable, responsibilities or dependencies must be reviewed and confirmed before they alter the engagement.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for authorised access, accurate source information, timely decisions, appropriate backups and any licences or third-party permissions identified in the proposal. Credentials and personal data should be shared only through the agreed secure route.
Deliverables and intellectual property
Deliverables, usage rights, pre-existing materials, third-party components and any transfer of source code or access are defined in the accepted proposal. Materials remain subject to the rights and licences identified there.
Acceptance, support and availability
Acceptance checks and defect handling are agreed for the relevant deliverables. Ongoing operation, monitoring, response times and support are included only where a separate written support scope states them.
Payment, cancellation and refunds
Online card and wallet payment are not enabled. Payment instructions, due dates, cancellation rights and any refund conditions are those stated in the accepted quotation, order confirmation or applicable law.
